No. Joining Success Tutoring Partners is completely free. There are no joining fees, commissions or ongoing charges, and no payments are processed through the program.
How does my business join?
Apply online. It takes about three minutes if you have your ABN, address and offer ready. You do not need to create an account. Our marketing team reviews every application and emails you with the outcome.
What discounts must I provide?
You choose. It can be a percentage or dollar discount, a free product or upgrade, a buy-one-get-one, member pricing or a complimentary service. It must be a genuine benefit that is exclusive to Success Tutoring members, suitable for families, and honoured for as long as it is published.
How long does approval take?
Each application is reviewed by a person at Success Tutoring head office, so timing varies. We will email you when there is a decision, or sooner if we need anything else. You can check your status at any time from the Partner login page.
Can I change my offer?
Yes. Request a secure link from the Partner login page to update your business details, propose a change to an offer or add a new one. Changes are reviewed before they appear publicly.
Can businesses with multiple locations join?
Yes. Add each branch in your application. Every branch is placed on the map, and you choose whether each offer applies at all branches, selected branches or online.
How do members claim discounts?
Each offer explains how to claim it. Usually a family shows their Success Tutoring membership in store or mentions Success Tutoring when booking. You will see the exact instructions on your listing before it goes live.
Does Success Tutoring guarantee promotion?
No. Approved offers may appear on this website, in the Success Tutoring parent app and on screens inside participating centres, but we cannot guarantee any particular placement, number of customers or sales.
Can I withdraw from the program?
Yes, at any time. Use your partner page or reply to any of our emails, and your offers will be removed from Success Tutoring channels.
