Program Participation Terms

1. Participation in the Success Tutoring Partners program is free. No fee is charged to the business and no payment is processed through the program. 2. Success Tutoring may approve, decline, suspend or remove any business or offer at its discretion, including where an offer is misleading, unsuitable for a family audience, or not honoured. 3. The business must honour each published offer for its stated period and on its stated terms, and must tell Success Tutoring promptly if it can no longer do so. 4. Success Tutoring does not guarantee any number of customers, sales, impressions or placements, nor that any offer will be promoted on any particular channel. 5. The business grants Success Tutoring a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display its name, logo and approved offer content for the purpose of the program. 6. Success Tutoring will not share personal information about its students or families with the business. 7. Either party may end participation at any time by notice. Published offers are removed from Success Tutoring channels within a reasonable time after notice.
